Webster University Leiden

Webster Leiden is the Dutch campus of Webster University, an independent American university founded in 1915 in St. Louis, Missouri. Established in Leiden in 1983, it was the first American-accredited higher education institution in the Netherlands and awards recognised US degrees. The campus offers bachelor's programmes in business administration, international relations and psychology, together with graduate degrees (MBA, psychology, international relations and security, and sustainability management), all taught in English following the American academic model. Classes are small, and the academic year is organised in semesters and eight-week terms. Students come from more than 50 countries, creating a genuinely international community. Leiden's location close to The Hague, Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport makes the campus an ideal gateway to Europe, complemented by Webster's worldwide network of campuses and its online programmes.
