About Inha University

Inha University was founded in 1954 in Incheon, Korea's gateway port, with the support of the Korean-American diaspora, notably the Hawaiian community. Its name means "great wave". It is recognised for its programmes in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil), computing and telecommunications, logistics and transport, a natural strength in the port and airport region of Incheon, complemented by medicine, business and international relations. Inha offers numerous English-taught programmes and scholarships for international students, and its campus in the Sinheung area provides direct access to Seoul and the international airport.
